Although I try to appreciate beauty in the moment, there are many times I can't resist the urge to capture a fraction of the experience in a photo. I am most captivated by plants, but the occasional insect, animal,mushroom or natural feature has caught my attention as well. This is a small collection taken from my time spent as a Teacher’s Assitant for Field Botany across California alongside a few other travels.
